Mexico-
The Mexico team travels to Vicente Guerro twice a year, once in December and once in June. Both trips are all about serving and open to anyone wanting to come, but each has a different focus and feel.

Our December trip is all about nurturing relationships that we have already made with the Mexican people. We visit and pray for our families that we have built homes for, and typically shop for food for them. We also visit the little and big rehabs and minister to the men there, usually serving them a meal. Another aspect to the Christmas trip is ministering to the missionaries at IDT, we prepare a Christmas dinner and serve them, giving them a much needed time to relax. There are many other aspects to the trip, these are just the highlights. For more information contact Amy Palayo

Our June trip is open to everyone, but it is definitely more of a youth oriented trip as well as a little more structured. We build a new house for a needy family in one of the nearby villages which necessitates building almost every day. We still get time to visit old families and minister to and with the missionaries, but our main focus is our new family, and sharing the love of Jesus with them through our interactions during construction. We also do some sort of vacation bible study in the neighborhood we are in, or a small program at the house we are building. Kids always flock to where we are, and there is always ample time to give piggyback rides, a hug or share in our broken Spanish. For more information contact Nick Bellanca @ 878-2705

Philippines-
This is Nick Vogt, Director of Christian Team Ministries, with some information about our next Philippines Mission Trip for Summer 2008.  Pastor Renato Bravo, our Filipino CTM National Missionary, coordinates all of our team’s ministry in Negros Occidental, as well as other areas in the Philippines. As you may be aware, our trips are open to anyone of 2nd year high school age or older all the way up to senior citizens. We match your spiritual gifts, natural gifting, and personal interests, with the ministry opportunities provided by our host pastors. In addition, many high school and college student-athletes go with us each year on these mission trips, such as the William Jessup University track team (and the men’s WJU basketball players last summer).
Of primary importance at this time is for you to apply for your passport ASAP (unless you already have one) and to prayerfully consider going with us this June. In addition, maintain your determination to do the task of serving the Lord Jesus in the areas (both in your spiritual giftedness and your geographical location) where He has currently placed you. Remember, before you cross the sea, you must see the Cross.”
